Overview
The product that is purchased online from Nkm-goods can be refunded subject to certain conditions.
For such requests for refunds, please provide the proof of purchase, together with a valid reason for the refund request to our email sales@nkm-goods.com. The refund request will be informed via email to the registered account, whether the request can be processed.
Any refund request has to be submitted within 14 days of the purchased product to be a valid request.
If the refund request has been approved, the refund will be returned from the same form of payment used to purchase the product , within 7 to 14 days from the approved request date.
The customer will obtain the refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the product by the customer.
