What is the estimated delivery time? 

 

Once we receive your order, the order will be processed the next business day. Depending on what product(s) you purchased, you will be receiving the product(s) between 3 to 7 days. 

 

Delivery of product 

 

When the selected information product is purchased, the user will receive an email with a link once your order is being processed. The link will lead you to the download page of your product in pdf format. 

 

The link will only be available for 48 hours from receiving the email or if you have successfully completed your download from the link. 

 

Failure to download the product 

Users may contact our team at Smoothly if you failed to download your product in time with a valid reasoning. 

 

Shipping Policy 

Domestic Shipping: We ship to all states within Japan. Customers can choose from standard and express shipping options. 

International Shipping: NKM Goods offers international shipping. Please note that shipping options and delivery times vary by destination.

Domestic Orders: Standard shipping is free for orders over $50. For orders under $ 50, a flat rate of $9.99 applies. Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $20. 

International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and weight of the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
